Prepainted Corrugated Gi Color Roofing Sheets raw material is pre-painted steel coil, it use galvanized steel or aluzinc steel as substrate. After surface pre-treatment(chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), the surface coated with a layer or several layers of coating, through baking and curing, then become the finished product.
The substrate of prepainted galvanized iron corrugated steel sheet can be divided into cold-rolled substrate, hot-dip galvanized substrate, and electro-galvanized substrate. The surface coating can be divided into polyester, silicon modified polyester, vinylidene fluoride, and plastisol.
The paint film that we can do 10-30microns. The higher the paint film, the longer the service life of the color. The painting material are PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF, ects.
