Galvanized round steel pipes are divided into hot-dip galvanized steel pipes and pre-galvanized steel pipes with galvanized layer on the surface. Galvanizing can increase the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe and prolong the service life of the steel pipe.
Differences between ”Pre-galvanized pipe” and “Hot-dipped galvanized pipe”.
1.Pre-galvanized steel pipe base material is galvanized steel strap, the technical method is ERW longitudinal welded.
2.Hot-dipped galvanized pipe base material is black steel pipe (no surface treatment), then hot-dipped into the zinc pool to get the pipe.

Steel pipe galvanized has full pipe end finish and according to customer’s requirement: Plain end, Beveled end, Threaded end with sockets or coupling and plastic cap, Grooved end, Swedged end, Expanded end.
Pipe galvanized are widely used . In addition to line pipes for water transport, fire fighting, gas, conduit, and other general low-pressure fluids, they are also used as support pipes in the petroleum industry, trestle piles, and mine tunnels.
1.General package: in bundle only, no other package, no plastic cover, no nylon straps.
2.Sea-worth package: in bundle, tied with steel straps, anti-water plastic cover, nylon straps each end of bundle.
