How to waterproof color steel tile roof?
1. Before laying the slabs, clean the touch surface first, lay the slabs evenly and stably. The gaps between slabs should be compacted with debris of the same material, and the adjacent slabs should be consistent.
2. Before laying the slag, find a slope of 2% according to the low requirements of the drawing, and the thin part is 20mm. The construction sequence is to start from one end and push to the other end. It should be vibrated and compacted, and the surface should be smoothed.
3. The insulation layer of the exhaust hole should be set with a 6mx6m exhaust channel, and holes should be drilled in the structural layer and the insulation layer to facilitate exhaust.
4. Find the rules according to the slope of the layer, clean the base layer, and tick and sweep the protruding base hard blocks.
5. Before construction, wet the base layer with water, but do not water too much. The base layer is completely wet and the surface is free of water.
6. Paste the ash cake according to the shallowness of the slope, flush the ribs along the drainage direction, and set up the grid joints according to the position of the exhaust duct.
7. Large-area plastering should be done by laying mortar according to the red rib, and scraping it with a wooden trowel to check the smoothness.
